Salon Appointment Booking Terms and Conditions

 

1. General

By booking an appointment at Skin Genie you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all bookings made via our website, phone, in person, or any other method.

 

2. Appointment Booking

All appointments are subject to availability.

A 50% non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of booking.

 

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours in advance without penalty.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in the loss of your deposit.

No-shows will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.

 

4. Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate your full service and may need to reschedule.

Late arrivals may be charged for the full scheduled time or service.

 

5. Payment

A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is payable at the time of your appointment.

We accept cash, card, mobile payments,clear pay ,Klarna and zilch 

In the case of group bookings or large services, full payment may be required in advance.

 

6. Health and Safety

Please notify us in advance of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities that may affect your treatment.

For the safety of clients and staff, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone showing signs of contagious illness.

 

7. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel appointments at our discretion for reasons including, but not limited to, inappropriate behavior, health and safety concerns, or failure to comply with these terms.

 

8. Changes to Terms

Skin genie reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and effective immediately.
